Pros for Outsourcing Your Billing

Running any business can be daunting due to keeping up with marketing, employees, supply management and other requirements of keeping a business successful. Operating a medical practice can be even more exhausting for keeping up will all this and more that includes HIPAA requirements, State and Federal regulations, keeping up with Credentialing and so much more! This can be overwhelming to say the least.

According to John Schieszer (Sept 2021), several aspects have affected the increase in outsourced billing, mainly the pandemic and shortage in staff, which in turn is a less costly avenue for medical practices. This is because medical billing companies cost a practice much less money compared to paying a staff member with all benefits to do the same job.
