Vicky Fleming, CEO, MHA, CPC
Vicky began her career in healthcare in 2006. Since then, she worked on achieving her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Radford University in 2020. Her healthcare career has led her to work in several EHR and Practice Management platforms such as Epic, Athena, and Cerner.
Working in large hospitals to independent physician practices, Vicky, along with her team has gained several specialty experiences that includes ENT, Cardiology, including Cardiovascular surgery and Cardiothoracic surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Plastic Surgery, Oncology, Hematology, Endocrinology, Urology, General Surgery, Podiatry, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Chiropractic and Pain Management.
Vicky often writes educational articles and has been published by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
Vicky and her team of Professional Certified Coders have over 38 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
Vicky is very energetic and a young at heart mom and grandmother and is extremely passionate about helping independent practices stay independent.
